The Omec SBM1200 is clamp is designed for the assembly of small wood boxes utilizing a box joint. Common application would assembly of cigar boxes, wine boxes, tool boxes, gift boxes, bee boxes, etc. Once the size is set the operator loads the four pieces. These parts are compressed horizontally and then vertically to fit the box joint. Bottoms are attached via staple or nailing system while the parts are held in place by the clamp.
